(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 123A-8. Common ownership or management organization. If 2 or more companies have common ownership or are operating in this State under common management, the advisory organization may require as a condition to membership or subscribership of one or more then all such companies must become members or subscribers.
