(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 123A-1. Purpose of Article. The purpose of this Article is to authorize the existence, operation, and regulation of qualified advisory organizations generally available to all admitted companies and to permit under certain conditions joint underwriting and joint reinsurance.
