(1)Any agent, broker, producer, administrator, or other person or company which advertises, solicits, negotiates, procures, sells, renews, continues or administers coverage in this state, described in Section 122-1 and which is provided by any person or entity described in Section 122-3 shall, if that coverage is not fully insured or otherwise fully covered by a company authorized to do such business in this State advise any purchaser, prospective purchaser, and covered person of such lack of insurance or other coverage.
(2)Any administrator which advertises or administers coverage in this state, described in Section 122-1 and which is provided by any person or entity described in Section 122-3 shall advise any agent, broker or other person or company which advertises, solicits, negotiat
