Text
Any person or entity unable to show that it is subject to the jurisdiction of another agency of this state, any subdivision of this state, or the Federal Government, or is an employee welfare benefit program of an individual employer or labor union as described in Section 122-1, shall be subject to all appropriate provisions of this Code regarding the conduct of its business.
