Text
The Department shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of this Act, in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. With the exception of emergency rules adopted pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act or Section 3.190 of this Act, the Department shall submit all proposed rules to the State Emergency Medical Services Council or State Trauma Advisory Council for a 90-day review and comment period prior to adoption, as specified in this Act.
