Text
Any city, village or incorporated town which has or may have ordinances requiring the licensing and regulation of facilities with at least the minimum standards established by the Department under this Act, shall make such periodic reports to the Department as the Department deems necessary. This report shall include a list of those facilities licensed by such municipality, the number of beds of each facility and the date the license of each facility is effective.
