Text
If the Chief of the Department's Division of Emergency Medical Services and Highway Safety is not a physician licensed to practice medicine in all of its branches, with extensive emergency medical services experience, and certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine, then the Director shall appoint such a physician to serve as EMS Medical Consultant to the Division Chief.
