(a)(Blank). (a-5) No employer shall permit any employee to perform any services for which a license, certificate, or other authorization is required under this Act, unless the employer first makes a good faith attempt to verify that the employee possesses all necessary and valid licenses, certificates, and authorizations required under this Act.
(b)Any person or entity that employs or supervises a person's activities as a First Responder or Emergency Medical Dispatcher shall cooperate with the Department's efforts to monitor and enforce compliance by those individuals with the requirements of this Act.
