Sections in this Act pertaining to Comprehensive Stroke Centers, Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Centers, Thrombectomy Ready Stroke Centers, Primary Stroke Centers Plus, Primary Stroke Centers, and Acute Stroke-Ready Hospitals are not medical practice guidelines and shall not be used to restrict the authority of a hospital to provide services for which it has received a license under State law.
