Any person requesting a hearing pursuant to Sections 2-110, 3-115, 3-118, 3-119, 3-119.1, 3-301, 3-303, 3-309, 3-410, 3-422 or 3-702 to contest a decision rendered in a particular case may have such decision reviewed in accordance with Sections 3-703 through 3-712.
