Text
The court may appoint any qualified person as a receiver, except it shall not appoint any owner or affiliate of the facility which is in receivership as its receiver. The Department shall maintain a list of such persons to operate facilities which the court may consider. The court shall give preference to licensed nursing home administrators in appointing a receiver.
