Text
A licensee or applicant for a license shall be deemed to have given consent to any authorized officer, employee, or agent of the Department to enter and review the establishment in accordance with this Act, except that entrance to individual rooms shall only be given with the consent of the resident or the resident's representative. Refusal to permit entry or review shall constitute grounds for denial, nonrenewal, or revocation of a license.
