Text

Any person opening, conducting or maintaining an ambulatory surgical treatment center without a license issued pursuant to this Act shall be guilty of a business offense punishable by a fine of $10,000 and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any person opening, conducting or maintaining an ambulatory surgical treatment center who violates any other provision of this Act shall be guilty of a business offense punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.
