§ 2-5 — Refusal to Issue License
Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 205 FINANCIAL REGULATION·Act 205 ILCS 635/ Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987.·Art. Article II - Licensing Procedure
The Commissioner shall refuse to license or renew a license if:
(1)it is determined that the applicant is not in compliance with any provisions of the Act; or (2) there is substantial continuity between the applicant and any violator of this Act; or (3) the Commissioner cannot make the findings specified in Section 2-2, subsection (a), of this Act.
