2.General definitions. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: "Accommodation party" shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 3-419 of the Uniform Commercial Code. "Action" in the sense of a judicial proceeding includes recoupments, counterclaims, set-off, and any other proceeding in which rights are determined. "Affiliate facility" of a bank means a main banking premises or branch of another commonly owned bank. The main banking premises or any branch of a bank may be an "affiliate facility" with respect to one or more other commonly owned banks. "Appropriate federal banking agency" means the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank
