Text
No intermediary person acting in good faith and without negligence in connection with the preparation of petitions, applications, certificates or other documents for apprehension, transportation, examination, treatment, detention or discharge or the taking into protective custody of an individual under the provisions of this Act shall incur any civil or criminal liability by reason of these acts.
