§ 55 — Performance audits

Three years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly, the Auditor General shall commence a performance audit of the Department to determine whether the Department is meeting the requirements established by this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly under Sections 4d, 5, 6a, 7, 7.3, 46, and 55 of this Act, Sections 2.05, 2.17, 2.36, 2.37, 2.38, 2.39, 2.40, 3.4, 4, 4.3, 7.3, and 7.4 of the Child Care Act of 1969, Sections 1-3, 1-5, 2-10, 2-13, 2-21, 2-22, 2-23, 2-27, 2-27.3, 2-28, 2-28.1, and 5-745 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, and Sections 4.1 and 15.1 of the Adoption Act.
