(was 20 ILCS 5/7.04) Sec. 5-225. In the Department of Professional Regulation. Neither the Director nor any other executive and administrative officer in the Department of Professional Regulation shall be affiliated with any college or school that prepares individuals for licensure in any profession or occupation regulated by the Department, either as teacher, officer, or stockholder, nor shall the director or other executive and administrative officer hold a license or certificate to exercise or practice any of the professions, trades, or occupations regulated.
