(was 20 ILCS 5/5) Sec. 5-100. Executive and administrative officers, boards, and commissions. In addition to the directors of departments, the executive and administrative officers, boards, and commissions designated in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 5-200 are created. These officers, boards, and commissions in the respective departments shall hold offices created and designated in those Sections.
