(was 20 ILCS 5/5.13j) Sec. 5-135. In the Department of Human Services. There shall be 2 Assistant Secretaries of Human Services. Their initial terms shall run from the date of appointment until January 18, 1999, and until their successors have been appointed and have qualified. Thereafter, their terms shall be as provided in Section 5-605 of this Law.
