(was 20 ILCS 205/40.12) Sec. 205-305. Veterinary biologics. The Department has the power to approve the use of licensed veterinary biologics in the State and approve field trials of veterinary biologics in accordance with the standards provided for in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 9, Subpart E.
