(was 20 ILCS 205/40.28) Sec. 205-110. Forestry management; farmland preservation. The Department has the power to provide information and assistance to farmland owners in this State regarding the economic and soil and water conservation benefits that can be attained through forestry management on marginal lands and to promote farmland preservation.
