(was 20 ILCS 205/40.14) Sec. 205-25. Institutes, societies, fairs, and exhibits. The Department has the power to assist, encourage, and promote the organization of farmers' institutes, horticultural and agricultural societies, the holding of fairs, fat stock shows, or other exhibits of the products of agriculture, and the breeding and racing of Illinois conceived and foaled horses.
