Agreements for Cooperative Action by Units of General Local Government. Any two or more units of general local government may enter into agreements with one another for joint cooperative action for the purpose of applying for, receiving, disbursing, allocating and accounting for grants of funds made available by the United States government pursuant to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, including subsequent amendments or reenactments, if any; and for any State funds made available for that purpose. Such agreements shall include the proportion and amount of funds which shall be supplied by each participating unit of general local government.
