(was 20 ILCS 1405/56.1) Sec. 1405-10. Child health insurance plan study. The Department of Insurance shall cooperate with and provide consultation to the Department of Public Health in studying the feasibility of a child health insurance plan as provided in Section 2310-275 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law (20 ILCS 2310/2310-275).
