(was 20 ILCS 5/34.2) Sec. 1005-150. Transfer from Department of Labor, Bureau of Employment Security. The Department of Employment Security shall assume all rights, powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Department of Labor, Bureau of Employment Security as the successor to that Bureau. The Bureau of Employment Security in the Department of Labor is hereby abolished. Personnel, books, records, papers, documents, property, real and personal, unexpended appropriations, and pending business in any way pertaining to the former Department of Labor, Bureau of Employment Security are transferred to the Department of Employment Security, but any rights of employees or the State under the Personnel Code or any other contract or plan shall be unaffected by this transfer.
