(was 20 ILCS 1005/43a.01) Sec. 1005-100. Public employment offices. The Department has the power to exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested by law in the general advisory board of public employment offices, local advisory boards of public employment offices, and other officers and employees of public employment offices.
