Text
Failure to follow law as to distribution when new district formed. If the trustees of schools fail to observe the provisions of this Act in reference to the distribution of funds and property when a new district is formed, they shall be individually and jointly liable to the district interested, in a civil action to the full amount of the damages sustained by the district aggrieved.
