§ 5-16 — Meetings - Quorum

The trustees of school shall hold regular meetings on the first Monday of each calendar quarter or if such Monday falls on a holiday, then on the following Monday. Special meetings may be called at any time by the president or by a majority of the members. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
