§ 5-38

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 10 ELECTIONS·Act 10 ILCS 5/ Election Code.·Art. Article 5 - Registration Of Electors In Counties Having A Population Of 500,000 Or More
All laws in conflict with this Article 5 shall no longer be applicable to the electors residing in the territorial limits where this Article 5 is in effect, but all laws and parts of laws not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article 5 shall continue in force and effect.
