§ 5-18

At least 20 days prior to the precinct registration under Section 5-6 of this Article 5, and at least 20 days prior to any registration that may be provided under Section 5-17 of this Article 5, the County Clerk shall publish a notice of registration, giving the dates, hours and places of registration, in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county.
