A docket of all applications to the County Clerk, whether such application shall be made for the purpose of being registered, or restored, or for the purpose of erasing a name on the register or for completing registration shall be made out in the order of the towns, wards, districts, precincts as the case may be. The County Clerk shall sit to hear such applications between the hours of ten o'clock a.

m.and nine o'clock p.
m.on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the third week preceding the week in which such April 10, 1962 Primary Election is to be held, and thereafter the County Clerk shall sit to hear such applications between the hours of ten o'clock a.
