Text

A certificate or other evidence of qualification and right to practice dentistry, a dental specialty, dental therapy, or dental hygiene, and a license, may be revoked by the board whenever it shall be shown to the board that the holder of such certificate or other evidence of qualification, right to practice or license has been convicted of a crime that is deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411 (1), Idaho Code, whether such conviction shall have occurred before or after qualification, or accrual of such right, or the issuance of such certificate or other evidence of qualification, or of such license. A person licensed to practice dentistry, a dental specialty, dental therapy, or dental hygiene who is convicted of a felony in any jurisdiction shall notify the board within thirty
