§ 54-5821 — RENEWAL AND REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE, REGISTRATION, AND CERTIFICATES
All licenses, registrations, or certificates issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to biennial renewal and shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the board regarding applications for renewal and fees. License, registration, or certificate renewal and reinstatement shall be in accordance with section 67-2614, Idaho Code. A barber school or cosmetology school licensed under the provisions of this chapter that fails to renew on or before the expiration date may request retroactive reinstatement to the date of expiration as provided in this section. If the board finds that such school has paid the renewal fee within ninety (90) days of the failure to renew, there being no other cause for the school’s license to have been lapsed or canceled, and the schoo
