§ 54-5309 — IDAHO LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS SAFETY BOARD

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 53 IDAHO LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS PUBLIC SAFETY ACT
(1)There is hereby established in the division of occupational and professional licenses the Idaho liquefied petroleum gas safety board and the members thereof shall be appointed by the governor. In making appointments, the governor shall give consideration to recommendations submitted by the rocky mountain propane association and from any individual residing in this state.
(2)The board shall consist of five (5) members, two (2) of whom shall be licensed dealers pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; and one (1) of whom shall be a volunteer firefighter in a rural area of the state; and one (1) of whom shall be a firefighter employed by a city fire department in the state; and one (1) of whom shall be a representative of the general public not employed or otherwise connected with the
