Text

(1)It shall be unlawful for any person to practice or to offer to engage in any practice governed by this chapter, or display a sign or in any other way advertise or represent oneself as a person who engages in such practices, unless duly licensed in accordance with this chapter. The license shall be posted in the person’s established place of business or carried upon the person, and shall be presented upon demand as proof of licensing.
(2)A person, corporation, partnership, trust, association or other legal entity may maintain an established facility for engaging in an operation governed by this chapter, provided that such facility is properly licensed pursuant to this chapter. No person, corporation, partnership, trust, association or other legal entity may operate or conduct business
