Text
(1)The board may bring any action in the district court for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction against any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, who falsely holds himself out as a respiratory care practitioner, or who practices or provides respiratory care in violation of this chapter.
(2)Any person who falsely holds himself out as a respiratory care practitioner shall be guilty of using a method, act, or practice that is declared to be unlawful as provided in chapter 6, title 48, Idaho Code.
