(1)Any licensure issued under this chapter shall be subject to renewal and shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the rules of the board. The board, upon recommendation of the allied health advisory board, may reinstate a licensure canceled for failure to renew upon compliance with requirements of the board for renewal of licenses.
(a)A license shall be issued for a period of not less than twenty-four (24) months nor more than five (5) years, in conformance with administrative rules adopted by the board. Each license shall set forth its expiration date on the face of the certificate.
