§ 54-3322 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter shall supersede and take precedence over any conflicting provisions contained in chapter 9, title 54, Idaho Code, concerning the practice of dentistry.
