Text
All moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund and all costs and expenses incurred by the board under the provisions of this chapter shall be a charge against and paid from said fund. In no instance will the occupational licenses fund be obligated to pay any claims which in aggregate with claims already paid exceed the income to the occupational licenses fund that has been derived by the application of this chapter.
