§ 54-3207 — PRIVATE OR INDEPENDENT PRACTICE OF SOCIAL WORK

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 32 SOCIAL WORK LICENSING ACT
(1)The private practice of social work is defined as that independent practice in which an individual is responsible for the contractual conditions of payment with clients, agencies and institutions.
(2)The independent practice of social work is defined as that practice in which an individual who, wholly or in part, practices social work autonomously with total responsibility for such independent practice.
