§ 54-3203 — STATE BOARD OF SOCIAL WORK EXAMINERS — CREATED — APPOINTMENTS — TERMS

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 32 SOCIAL WORK LICENSING ACT
(1)A state board of social work examiners is hereby created and made a part of the division of occupational and professional licenses. It shall be the duty of the board to administer the provisions of this chapter pursuant to the provisions of chapters 26 and 52, title 67, Idaho Code. The board shall consist of six (6) members, three (3) of which shall be masters social workers, and two (2) of which shall be social workers, and one (1) of which shall be a lay member and all of whom shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the governor. All terms shall be for a period of five (5) years. Whenever a board member’s term expires or a vacancy occurs, the governor may consider recommendations for appointment to the board for a new term or for an unexpired term from any Idaho organizati
