Idaho Statutes
§ 54-3118 — VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR — PENALTY
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense, or imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
