Text

(1)The board may grant a temporary license to any person who, for the purpose of offering to render architectural services and for that purpose only, has submitted to the board a complete application for an architect’s license under this chapter and who, at the time of application, holds a valid and current license in good standing as an architect issued by the authorized regulatory entity of another state, territory or jurisdiction of the United States.
(2)A temporary license is valid for six (6) months from the date it is issued. A temporary license is nonrenewable and shall expire automatically upon issuance of a full initial license.
