Text
The board shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each year. The board may provide for such additional regular meetings as necessary and for special meetings. Notice of all meetings shall be given as may be provided in the open meeting law. The board shall annually elect a chairman and a vice chairman, who shall be members of the board. Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum.
