§ 54-2504 — CHAIRMAN — QUORUM — COSTS

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 25 HORSE RACING
The commission shall organize by electing one (1) of its members chairman. Two (2) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any and all business of the commission. Each member of the board shall be compensated as provided by section 59-509 (h), Idaho Code. Moneys used for the compensation of members shall be drawn from commission funds. The commission may incur all such costs, charges and expenses as are reasonably necessary in carrying out the intent and purposes of this act. All claims and expenditures under this act shall be first audited and passed upon by the commission, and, when approved, shall be paid in the manner provided by law for the payment of claims against the state of Idaho.
