§ 54-2503 — RACING COMMISSION CREATED — APPOINTMENT — REMOVAL — CLAIMS

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 25 HORSE RACING
There is hereby created in the Idaho state police the Idaho state racing commission, to consist of three (3) members, who shall be citizens, residents, and qualified electors of the state of Idaho. The members of said commission shall be appointed by the governor within thirty (30) days after this act takes effect, one (1) for a term to expire on the Thursday following the second Monday in January, 1965, and one (1) for a term to expire on the Thursday following the second Monday in January, 1967, and one (1) for a term to expire on the Thursday following the second Monday in January, 1969, and upon the expiration of the term of any member of said commission, the governor shall appoint a successor for a term of six (6) years.
