§ 54-2413 — VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 24 DRINKING WATER AND WASTEWATER PROFESSIONALS LICENSING ACT
Any person who shall practice or attempt to offer to practice as a drinking water operator or wastewater operator or backflow assembly tester, as defined in this chapter, without having at the time of so doing a current, unexpired, unrevoked, and unsuspended license issued under this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, for each violation, shall be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six (6) months, or both.
