§ 54-2411 — BIENNIAL RENEWAL OF LICENSE
Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 24 DRINKING WATER AND WASTEWATER PROFESSIONALS LICENSING ACT
Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall biennially pay the prescribed renewal fee and certify compliance with continuing education requirements and provide such other information as the board may request. Any license canceled for failure to meet the renewal requirements may be reinstated according to section 67-2614, Idaho Code.
