Text

(1)It shall be the duty of the board to carry out the provisions of this chapter, review applications, conduct written examinations, charge such fees as the board deems reasonable to cover the cost of licensing, keep records of its transactions, administer disciplinary actions, and record all matters which appropriately may come before it. The board shall have the power to adopt and amend rules including, but not limited to, a code of ethics and standards of conduct that may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the administration of this chapter and the regulation of proceedings before the board. The board shall, by written agreement, authorize the division of occupational and professional licenses as agent to act in its interest.
